The staff is friendly and the room facilities are enough for me. Hopefully free WiFi service will be available. There are enough parking space in front of this hotel.

There was a lot not to like. It was advertised on bookings.com as being 6km from the airport. It was a 20 minute drive that cost 45 euro. The food in the hotel was incredibly expensive. taxi to nearest town cost 30 euro and 30 back. overall spent $100 just to go to dinner. Taxi back to airport was 35 euro. Completely inconvenient and annoying experience that cost far more than staying in a nice hotel that is truly at the airport. Will not be coming here again.

Very pleasant stay. However, found the restaurant rather expensive, but you have to expect this due to the location of the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is very good.

Internet is very expensive (10 euro/h) This is not according todays standards.

Definitely appreciate my staying in this hotel. Nice big room, very good wifi connection. Few km away from Zaventem airport

I had an early departure so that I can't say much more about the hotel but my general comment is : very good

Great breakfast and proximity to BRU (Airport) were the easons we chose Axis. Price seems too high as compared to Casteau Resort /Best Western which charges less and provides a free public no-fee computer; a no-cost to guests water dispenser; wonderful buffet breakfast included in room price and a large Reception area where one can talk to other guests. The staff was polite and helpful but Axis is very sterile compared to Casteau Resort. For some odd reason, there is no place for a brochure for Best Westerb Casteau Resort in the alphabetical display of other Best Westerns in Belgium near the front door of Axis. It is hard to beat the value of Casteau Resort near SHAPE where conferences/meetings require multiple night stays.

This was the second year we stayed one night to be close to BRU for a transatlantic flight back to USA so there were no surprises. We think that the expensive room should include a teabag or instant coffee packet per guest should be gratis. We also think a computer should be available for guests at no charge even if use time is only 30 mins. per day. The weak exchange rate of US $ vs Euro is part of the problem. I would recommend this hotel to someone who needs to fly out of BRU the next morning but at same time would mention the absence of amenities I have described above which exist at Casteau Resort.

The hotel was away from the city but right next to the road, therefore, the noise on that side of the hotel was more than you want with the windows open. Windows closed, it was quiet and the outside traffic was hardly noticeable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathrooms were well lit and ample in size. The price was very good compared to what you get with other places. We did not pay extra for the breakfast so I cannot comment about breakfast or other meals.

No suitable locations within walking distance for dining. The sink is a little on the small side but acceptable for one person at a time. There is very limited space to put makeup, toothpaste, soap, ...etc near the sink.

Prima verblijf. Aardige mensen bij de receptie. Shuttle service was ook uitstekende naar het vliegveld. Aardige en attente chauffeur. Prima locatie om te overnachten voor vertrek vanaf Zaventem Airport, ook met twee kleine kinderen.

Zeer mooie kamers, rustgevende indruk en heel proper.Vriendelijk personeel en alles was mogelijk :-)Dank je wel voor dit aangename verblij !
